Our Process

After accepting a project, an initial meeting is set up to get to know our client. We aim to understand how the client wishes to use the property, what their personal style is and aspirations for the space as well as budget and time constraints. Following this we will draw up a proposal which outlines all elements of the brief.

Concept Design

We interpret our client’s brief into concept boards and explore spatial planning options while also drawing up floor plans and designing the look and feel of each area. This stage is very collaborative and gives the client the opportunity to make any amendments.

Detail Design

Once all concepts are agreed then the design is created as a selection of CAD plans, elevations and specifications. We also provide a timeline of the works.

Installation and
Project Management

Attention to detail is paramount and our designers attend regular site meetings to ensure the brief is meticulously adhered to and that the project is progressing accordingly.
